A line spoken in The Man by Burgess Meredith as a disgruntled southern senator upset at the swearing in of a black man as president: "Tonight the White House ain't near white enough for me." That movie was produced in 1972. I see that Texas Republicans haven't evolved much since then.

It might be kinda fun to play it totally straight in response: "Why wouldn't we call it the White House? Oh, because he's black! Ah, I see what you mean. However, I think the name "White House" is in reference to the color of the paint, not the skin tone of the occupant, so we could probably still call it that. But I'm sure President Obama would be open to suggestions for other names for the chief executive's residence. What did you have in mind?"
