How does that picture go with that story?

It's French. Of course it's suspect. Although Murdoch's Australian outfit covered it a day before.

My guess is they're probably 'recycling' post-industrial scrap from condom manufacture into another use but that isn't as funny as (1) people putting used condoms in their hair and (2) a doctor named Dong.

So how do you suppose this works? Do people save up their used condoms and wait for someone to come pick them up? Or is there a used condom bin at the recycling center? Maybe a mail-in exchange program like net flix?

Or a 5-cent deposit paid upon purchase, redeemable at porn shops?
