Calling bullshit.

Posted by apostropher

Just watch it.

Why so much of the rest of the Democratic Party doesn't seem to get it is a mystery to me. The proper response to these perennial fake hissy fits is, "Oh, go fuck yourselves already." Until they figure this out, they will keep right on playing the role of the Washington Generals. Idiots.

I take some small comfort that my Congressman was one of the few Democrats who didn't fall for this ridiculous fainting couch routine. David Price really is one of the good guys in the House.

Great clip! The Big Dog still has it.

BTW, won't he be an incredible asset in getting your favorite Democrat elected President? :)

Yes. The only way that ad could be improved would be bigger jowls on the Big Dog. There's a point in that video where he actually seems to be shaking his jowels and growling in outrage.

That's awesome. I'm currently reading Frank Luntz's book (I know, but it's for school) and even he says (for instance) that Kerry's response to the Swift Boat ads should have been "go to hell."

Big Dog!

You know, that almost makes me remember what it was like to have a real president.

Thank you, apo. I needed this. God, I can't stand the Republicans.

Say, are you manipulating us?

At least the Washington Generals had that one player, Red Klotz, who could shoot the lights out. And they were smart enough to give him the ball.

(Note that Clinton was gracious enough not to mention who was the main target for rightwing smears over an eight year period.)
