I say that the document has failed, and in, GWBs words, is just another goddamned piece of paper.
Probably we'd all be better off going back to the Articles of Confederation along a transition into Free Market Anarchy.
That would be the only truly sane thing to do. The Republicans all are crazy, saying the same stupid things over and over again.
