Ever since Ogged mailed me this link, I've been trying to sketch out the decision tree whereby this becomes the most effective means of getting back at your brother. And frankly, I don't even know where to start.

Yeah. I'm using this case in my next training for prosecutors who handle sexual assault cases. It helps illustrate that rape is NOT about sex -- it's about power.

Now, as to *why* this guy did this, yeah, I'm with you. Why did he feelt he need to take power in this way? I can't quite figure it. And frankly, I don't want to.
