USAToday now has the following correction at the top of this article from a week ago:
Editor's note: The photo of Condoleezza Rice that originally accompanied this story was altered in a manner that did not meet USA TODAY's editorial standards. The photo has been replaced by a properly adjusted copy. Photos published online are routinely cropped for size and adjusted for brightness and sharpness to optimize their appearance. In this case, after sharpening the photo for clarity, the editor brightened a portion of Rice's face, giving her eyes an unnatural appearance. This resulted in a distortion of the original not in keeping with our editorial standards.
I was curious, so I managed to dig up Google's cache of the original picture they used. Pretty funny.
TrackBackShame on your sloppy, liberal-biased research, 'pos.
The real original Condi photo can be seen here.

Amazing what extra brightening can do.
Posted by: Tripp at October 28, 2005 10:25 AMHmmm.... sometimes that internal-anchor link I used doesn't load right away. The picture I meant to link to can also be found on this guy's site.
Posted by: GaijinBiker at October 28, 2005 10:54 AMI don't get it. How come no-one ever photographs the bullshit coming out of her mouth?
