That's entirely better.

I wholeheartedly endorse this form of protest and would like to see the right wing adopt it much more widely.

Also, Donald Rumsfeld is building a Terminator. Sweet.

Swell. Several million dollars later we'll get a cockroach that avoids bumping into stuff.

Hey, DARPA was involved with the internet.

DARPA and, at one time, the RAND corporation, have been involved in some crazy shit. Every once in a while I dream about working for DARPA. Of course, I always seem to wake up in a cold sweat screaming, "NO! KARL! NOOOOO!" I'm not sure why.

I love robots. I just doubt the government can actually design this. They are hoping to have this AI do chess matches, military engagements and political campaigns among other things, but it only has to show grade school proficiency.

I've been wondering about the symbolism of this protest for a couple of days now. The meaning I take is, "Life is being silenced." But how could anyone think that is what's happening here, when they're getting more media attention that I could possibly imagine. Is there same meaning of taping things over your mouth that doesn't have to do with being silenced? I may cross post this comment on my blog and I see if I get an answer there.
