Ward Churchill has proven to be a completely inadequate foil for the right, because the uniform response of everybody on the left was 1) "Who the fuck is Ward Churchill?" followed immediately by 2) "Oh, I see: an idiot." Anyhow, fresh from that disappointing reaction, rest assured that for the next two weeks, the face of the left, according to the right-wing blogs, will be this clearly disturbed idiot whose name you've never heard previously.

It's for shit like this (and the fact that I have a lot less time for reading) that I stopped. I mean seriously, it's almost as if someone distributed the following MS Word template to all the right-wing bloggers:
(insert leftist-sounding idiot name here) yesterday said (victims of 9/11 are little Eichmanns, George H. W. Bush is a wimp, George W. Bush is evil, I hate Walmart) in a speech at (UCLA, UNC-CH, Beaver College). This statement is typical of the Left. The Left wants to (raise your taxes, kick your dog, feed you to the terrorists, take all your money so they can stock up on pork rinds and organic deep fried burgers with deep fried eggs on top). If you want to know the Leftist agenda, look no further than (insert previous leftist idiot here). With the help of the Liberal Media, they never sleep in trying to get George W. Bush out of office.
I've seen some of the same types of things on Leftist blogs, too, but I rarely could find any contradictory evidence.
