The picture in that article made me wonder when outerspace is open for anyone to go to, who is going to regulate it and set rules. Will anyone be free to do anything they please up there or will there be an outerspace government? I assume it will be something like the United Nations and made up of multiple countries. Hmm, just a random thought.
