No Twelfth Man

Those rowdy football fans. Three months ago, in a match between North Korea and Iran, a fan threw a firecracker onto the pitch and the North Koreans refused to play any more. So as a penalty to Iran, and to the disappointment of the travelling Qatari fans, next week's game between Iran and Qatar will be played in a spectatorless 100,000 seat stadium.

Misleading headline about it in this Iranian expatriate news site, though, don't you think?
