The Definition of All?

CNN just announced that the Bush administration has released "all" of Bush's records and that their reporters are looking through them now. I guess we'll see soon...

Update (2/14, 11:13 am): Hundreds of pages and none of them address the time period in question. I'd say they managed to remove what needed removing.
